Iris: Muse for Apple Watch: Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Iris: Muse for Apple Watch ("Iris Muse") is made by Kpaw LLC. It lets you use your existing Muse account from your Apple Watch.

What Iris Muse sends, and to whom

  • Your messages: these go directly from your devices to Muse, the service operated by Meta that you sign in to. Kpaw LLC does not run servers that receive, store or read your messages or conversations. Their handling is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
  • Your sign-in: you sign in on your iPhone with the code Muse sends you. The iPhone passes the resulting sign-in to your Apple Watch over Apple's WatchConnectivity and keeps it only until your Watch confirms it received it. On the Watch it is kept in the Keychain.

Analytics

The iPhone app sends anonymous usage events (for example, that the app launched or that a sign-in finished) to TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service. These events contain no message content, no account details and no advertising identifier, and they aren't linked to your identity.

No ads, no tracking

Iris Muse shows no ads and does not track you across apps or websites.

Your choices

You can sign out on your Watch at any time (Settings → Sign Out), which removes your sign-in from the Watch. Deleting the app removes everything it stored on the device. To manage or delete your Muse data, use your Meta account.

Children

Iris Muse isn't directed at children under 13.
